These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Oxford Permanent Makeup website. By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.
Service Description
Oxford Permanent Makeup provides permanent makeup services as described on our website.
Charges and Payments
The price of the treatment is quoted at the time of booking. All pricing us subject to consultation, our prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation and Fee Policy
- A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment booking.
- The deposit is deducted from the cost of the treatment
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Treatment fees must be paid in full at the first treatment appointment and the 6 week top up is included in the fee.
If you cancel your appointment the deposit of £50 is non-refundable. If you wish to book a new appointment you will need to pay the deposit again.
You can move your appointment as long as you give at least 48hours notice without losing your deposit.
If you do not turn up to your appointment then the full amount for the treatment will need to be paid.
We will refuse the right to treat a client who we feel is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or unfit to make a positive decision.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone who is more than 15 mins late to their appointment. The deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment will need to be booked and a £50 deposit charged.
We reserve the right to refuse a client who has expectations that we cannot meet or pushes the artist to veer out of the rules of permanent makeup, or anyone who is aggressive towards the artist.

We commit to protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent transactions made.
Limitation of Liability
Oxford Permanent Makeup will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of this website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. You agree, as we do, to submit to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
